Director of Operations, CAPriCORN
Erald Minga is the Director of Operations for the Chicago Area Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Network (CAPriCORN). He brings over a decade of people and business operations experience to the Center for Health Information Partnerships. Through CAPriCORN, Erald partners with physicians, researchers, informatics teams, and related member organizations in collaborative efforts to accelerate patient-centered research. Prior to joining the CAPriCORN Central Team, Erald mentored Med-Tech startups at Texas Medical Center’s Innovation Institute, MATTER Chicago, and he led an AI startup advisory board at The Garage at Northwestern University.
Based in Chicago, Erald is a Fellow of Leaders Excellence at Harvard Square, a FORBES contributor, a member of the Forbes HR Council, an Adjunct Business Faculty, and a Board Director for KEEN-Chicago. Erald holds a Master of Science in Law from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law, an MBA in Operations Management, and a Bachelor Degree from Elmhurst University. Additionally, Erald is an Executive Scholar at the Kellogg School of Management.
