The Center for Health Information Partnerships (CHiP) serves a mission to bring people, communities, and data together to enable everyone to live their healthiest lives. Since 2010, we have worked with our partners to strengthen the use of health information technology and improve access to health data.

CHiP is part of the Institute of Public Health & Medicine based at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.
